Service Dispatch/CSR Representative
A.N. Roth Company is hiring a Service Dispatch/CSR Representative. The position’s primary function is to answer incoming customer calls, schedule technicians for repairs and maintenance, and maintain customer records. The position’s work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Work tasks include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service technicians
- Keep track of incomplete calls and schedule return for repair
- Schedule preventative maintenance
- Handle technician parts fulfillment request
- Coordinate the on-call technician schedule
- Call customers for technician surveys
- Call customers for preventative maintenance renewals
- Processing maintenance agreements, service invoices, warranty claims, and correspondence
Job Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication skills related to customer service
- Must be able to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Must be comfortable communicating via email
- Must be able to plan and organize schedules pertaining to scheduling service technicians
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to plan ahead to see projects through to completion
